Vancouver Chong-De Tao Center Passionately Participates in BC Children’s Hospital Charity Run — Taking Action to Care for Sick Children

2025年6月8日，一個陽光普照、微風輕拂的美好早晨，發一崇德溫哥華道務中心的道親們齊聚於RBC，為兒童而跑慈善路跑現場，帶著慈悲與熱忱，共同參與這場為卑詩省兒童醫院病童募款的愛心活動。

On June 8, 2025, under a bright sun and a gentle breeze, Tao members from the Vancouver Chong-De Tao Center gathered at the RBC Race for the Kids Charity Run, participating in this heartfelt event with compassion and enthusiasm to raise funds for children in need of medical care.

正向能量 溫暖心房
RBC為兒童而跑慈善路跑是全省最大型的家庭式公益路跑，參與者可自由選擇2公里或5公里的路程，無論是全家攜手或朋友結伴，人人都能在步伐中傳遞溫暖與關懷。道親每年皆主動報名參加，這不僅是一場運動，更是一項深具意義的慈善行動。我們期盼藉由這樣的活動，為病童籌措更多醫療資源，也為社會注入一股正向的能量。

The RBC Race for the Kids Charity Run is the largest family-style charity run in the province, where participants can choose to run either 2 kilometers or 5 kilometers. Whether walking hand in hand as a family or running alongside friends, everyone contributes to spreading warmth and love with each step. Our Tao members join this meaningful event every year—not only as a form of exercise but also as a powerful act of charity. Through this event, we hope to raise more medical resources for sick children and infuse society with positive energy.

落實行動 洋溢感動
今年，參與的道親們在艷陽下精神奕奕，臉上洋溢著真誠的笑容。無論年長年幼，大家都本著濟世救人的精神，齊心完成路跑挑戰。許多道親攜家帶眷，大手牽小手，一同邁步在陽光下，笑聲、加油聲與祝福聲交織，全場洋溢著溫馨、和樂與滿滿的正能量。每一步、每一公里，都是為病童點亮希望的光，讓關懷不只是言語，而是落實在行動中的溫暖足跡。這份齊心為善的力量令人感動，也體現了崇德人在社會慈善中投入深入、盡心盡力的精神。

This year, our participating Tao members were full of spirit under the bright sun, their faces beaming with sincere smiles. Young and old alike completed the run with a shared mission to help others. Many families joined together, with hands of all sizes held tightly as they walked under the sunshine. Laughter, cheers, and words of encouragement filled the air, creating an atmosphere of warmth, harmony, and overflowing positive energy. This united spirit of kindness was truly moving and embodied the Chong-De dedication to compassionate service and active participation in community charity.

點亮希望 讓愛發光
我們深信，每一分愛心都是一份力量；每一次付出，都是對社會的祝福。願天下所有孩子都能健康快樂成長，也願每一位需要幫助的病童，都能得到最妥善的醫療與照護。崇德人推動社會公益不遺餘力，實踐「人人都是小濟公」的慈悲愿行，讓愛在世界中綿延不絕。

We firmly believe that every act of kindness is a form of strength; every effort is a blessing for the world. May all children grow up healthy and happy, and may every child in need receive the best possible medical care and support. Chong-De members will continue to walk the path of charity, living out the compassionate mission of “everyone as a little Ji-Gong,” spreading love throughout the world without end.
