《點燃心靈之火》新加坡道場4Q快樂成長營

新加坡道場學界於2024年3月29至30日在崇德佛院舉行了期待已久的4Q快樂成長營！介於13至17歲的學員們被分成六個戰隊：火隊、光隊、大地隊、水隊、風隊和雷隊，共同開啟了一段蛻變之旅。這次營會的宗旨是為了發掘學員們的潛能，讓他們全面發展，點燃他們成長和自我探索的火花。

The long-awaited Happy Mi 4Q Camp organised by the Youth Section of the Singapore Tao Society was held at the Chong De Cultural Building from 29-30 March 2024. Campers aged between 13-17 years old were divided into six teams – Fire, Light, Earth, Water, Wind, and Thunder. The 4Q campers embarked on a transformative journey designed to unlock their potential and nurture well-rounded development, igniting the spark of growth and self-discovery within.

建立橋樑 打破隔閡
成長營從一開始就營造了濃厚的友誼氛圍。熱情的帶動揭開始業式的序曲。學員們個個情緒高昂，伴隨著歡快的音樂，盡情舞動，笑聲不斷。各戰隊的隊伍呼此起彼伏，響徹整個佛殿，大家齊唱快樂成長營的主題曲，瞬間消除了彼此之間的陌生感。

Building Bridges and Breaking Barriers
The camp fostered a sense of camaraderie from the very beginning. From initial icebreakers and a lively welcome ceremony, the campers quickly bonded, setting the stage for a memorable and engaging camp experience. Team cheers echoed through the halls, and the shared experience of dancing to the camp song “Happy” solidified a sense of belonging.

探索4Q 勇攀高峰
4Q快樂成長營的核心是為了探索4Q理念：智力商數（IQ）、情緒商數（EQ）、逆境商數（AQ）和道德商數（MQ）。講師們講得婁動聽，引人入勝，透過互動性的傳題，讓學員們在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中吸取4Q的精華並實踐在生活中。

鄭歸根講師透過認知挑戰和設立目標的重要性掀開了IQ單元的序幕，讓學員們認識到「千里之行，始於足下」的道理，並鼓勵學員們勇敢地踏出第一步才能完成目標。緊接著，歐麗真講師透過分享泰勒絲的歌曲來闡述EQ，強調知行合一以及自我意識在情緒管理上的重要性。胡家毓講師在AQ課程中傳達了成長型思維方式如何在逆境中克服障礙，並鼓勵學員們在生活中培養韌性和毅​​力。最後，陳昭榮講師透過道德觀念和建立信任的活動討論了MQ，幫助學員們打下堅實的道德基礎。

Diving Deep into the 4Qs
The core of the 4Q Camp revolved around exploring the four quotients: Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Adversity Quotient (AQ), and Moral Quotient (MQ). Engaging lecturers led interactive workshops, empowering campers with practical tools for navigating life's complexities.

Lecturer Freddy Tay launched the IQ segment with cognitive challenges and the importance of setting and achieving goals. Next, Lecturer Au illustrated EQ with Taylor Swift's songs, highlighting the significance of self-awareness in managing emotions. Lecturer Eunice Aw then emphasised the role of a growth mindset in overcoming adversity during the AQ lesson, encouraging resilience and perseverance. Finally, Lecturer Tan discussed MQ through moral principles and trust-building activities, helping campers develop a solid ethical foundation.

大地勇士 學以致用
除了理論知識的課程，也少不了富有挑戰及趣味性的攻站遊戲－大地勇士！六組團隊積極參與，個人使出渾身解數為自己的隊伍贏得積分。學員們互相鼓勵，齊心協力，在每個關卡中都發揮出了最佳水準。這些攻戰遊戲不僅培養團隊合作與溝通能力，也讓學員們展現堅強的意志，落實四大商數的理念，才能克服重重困難，成功闖關。

Heroes on Earth, Learn by Doing
Beyond theoretical knowledge, the camp featured a series of 16 exciting station games. The 6 teams competed enthusiastically, dashing from station to station to earn points for themselves. From collaborative problem-solving activities to strategic games, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. These activities not only fostered teamwork and communication but also challenged the campers to put the 4Qs into action, honing their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

營火之夜 情感園地
隨著夜幕降臨，營火在黑暗中熊熊燃燒著，象徵生命之火，照亮了營地的每個角落。活動小組精心準備了一場精彩的情境劇，以生動有趣的方式演繹了情緒管理、培養情感平衡的重要性。大家圍著營火而坐，在跳躍的火光映照下一起探討快樂的秘訣，從而踏上了通往幸福美滿的道路。

The Campfire and Emotion-Land
As the day transitioned into night, the campgrounds transformed into a space for emotional exploration. A campfire illuminated the darkness, symbolising the Fire of Life. This night activity brought the focus to the importance of managing emotions and fostering emotional balance. Through a captivating skit by the activity team, the campers learnt how to navigate complex emotions and achieve inner harmony.

勇往直前 迎新未來
4Q快樂成長營不只是傳授知識，更塑造全方位的人才。在這裡，學員們透過互動式學習和實作活動，將所學的知識轉化為實際能力。更重要的是，讓學員們從中建立了堅定的4Q概念，指引學員點燃心靈之火，邁向光明快樂的人生，成為4Q達人！

Empowered for the Future
The Happy Mi 4Q Camp is unlike any other event; it is an experiential camp that shapes well-rounded individuals. Here, campers engage in interactive learning and practical activities, transforming their learning into practical skills. More importantly, it serves as a springboard for their personal growth, empowering them to be individuals ready to face the future with courage, compassion, and a strong moral compass. Happy Mi 4Q Camp, igniting the spark within!
