2025《開啟身心靈的覺醒之旅》美國一貫道青少年身心靈夏令營 側記

在美國一貫道總會副理事長周點傳師的帶領下，在各位點傳師、壇主、講師與志工們的愛護與陪伴下，2025年全美一貫道青少年身心靈夏令營於8月3日至8月7日，在加州洛思加圖斯（Los Gatos）Green Mountain Retreat圓滿舉行。來自美國與加拿大各地超過90位青少年齊聚一堂，展開一段自我探索、心靈提升、互助成長的五日旅程。

Under the guidance of I-Kuan Tao USA Vice Chairman Tao Transmitting Master Chou, and with the care, support, and dedication of many Tao Transmitting Masters, temple hosts, lecturers, and volunteers, the 2025 I-Kuan Tao USA Youth Summer Camp was successfully held from August 3rd to 7th, 2025, at Green Mountain Retreat in Los Gatos, California, United States. More than 90 youth campers from across the United States and Canada came together to embark on an unforgettable five-day journey of self-discovery, spiritual cultivation, and collective growth.

夏令營座落於青翠的紅木林間，環抱著寧靜自然的美景，讓人遠離塵囂、回歸本心。本次課程設計兼具深度與實踐，透過精心規劃的專題講座、互動工作坊、禪修體驗、戶外活動，引導學員走進大道的智慧與生活應用之間。

Set amidst the serene beauty of towering redwoods and open skies, this summer camp was designed to nurture the balance and integration of body, mind, and spirit. Through thoughtfully curated lectures and activities, campers were led in an exploration of Tao teachings in ways both profound and practical.

課程以「4Q」為核心：IQ 智慧商數：開啟思維與洞察力；EQ 情緒商數：理解與調適情緒；AQ 逆境商數：學會在挑戰中成長；MQ 道德商數：培養慈悲、仁愛與美德。

The program began with the teachings of the 4Qs (Four Quotients): IQ (Intelligence Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), AQ (Adversity Quotient), and MQ (Morality Quotient). The lecturers and activities helped youth understand the harmony between wisdom, empathy, resilience, and virtue. 

並結合孝道、素食、環保與大道生活化等主題，讓學員在輕鬆互動的氛圍中，體悟如何在日常中落實大道智慧。加州財政部長馬世雲（Fiona Ma）在百忙之中撥冗出席，鼓勵青少年胸懷大志，並贈送每位青少年一個粉紅色的撲滿。她還頒發表揚狀給美國一貫道總會，以肯定該非營利組織的努力與影響力。

These lessons were complemented by reflections on filial piety, vegetarianism, environmental awareness, and Tao in the daily life. One of the lessons came from The Honorable California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, who took time out of her busy schedule to encourage the youth to dream big and gifted each of them a pink piggy bank. She also presented I-Kuan Tao USA with a certificate of recognition, acknowledging the organization’s efforts and impact as a nonprofit.

全美一貫道大家庭的凝聚
本次夏令營最動人的地方之一，是來自全美各地青年的相遇與團結。從洛杉磯、舊金山、多倫多、密西根、德州、北卡等道場而來的學員，雖然背景不同，卻因共同的價值觀與修道目標，迅速建立深厚的連結。

A United Tao Family Across North America
One of the most touching aspects of this camp was the sense of unity among participants from temples across Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, Michigan, Texas, North Carolina, and beyond.

Coming from different backgrounds and regions, campers quickly found common ground through shared values and meaningful conversations. They learned that the Tao transcends boundaries, connecting hearts no matter the distance.

透過團隊合作、晚間交流與分組分享，年輕一代深刻感受到自己屬於一個更大的道場家庭，而這份連結，也將隨著每一次相聚不斷延伸。

Through activities, group discussions, and late-night reflections, the youth discovered that they are part of a larger Tao family, one that continues to grow with every generation.

超越課堂的生命啟發
營隊中的課程，不僅是知識的傳遞，更是生命的轉化。學員們在講座與小組討論中，反思自己的價值觀、人際關係，並體悟到如何在修道中找到力量：

Lessons Beyond the Classroom
The lectures and workshops were more than just lessons—they were transformative experiences. Campers were encouraged to reflect on their relationships, their personal values, and their role within the Tao community.

自我覺察：學會感恩、慈悲，懂得尊重父母與長輩。

Self-Reflection: Understanding gratitude, compassion, and respect for parents and elders.

情緒智慧：理解與調適內在情緒，建立和諧互動。

Emotional Intelligence: Learning to recognize, manage, and express emotions in healthy ways.

領導與共融：在合作中學習包容與支持。

Leadership & Empathy: Growing as team players and leaders by supporting one another.

逆境與韌性：培養面對挑戰的勇氣與信心。

Adversity & Strength: Building resilience and confidence to face life’s challenges.

許多學員表示，夏令營讓他們看見更寬廣的自己，啟發了活出更溫柔、更堅定的力量。

Many campers expressed how the camp helped them gain a deeper awareness of themselves and inspired them to live with mindfulness and kindness.

綻放創意的「舞台之夜」
第四晚的舞台之夜是營隊中最令人難忘的時刻之一。每個團隊僅用兩小時準備，就呈現出極具創意與深度的表演。從小品劇、舞蹈到故事分享，學員們用最真誠的方式，詮釋這幾天的收穫與體悟。

Creativity & Stage Night Highlights
The Stage Night performance on the fourth evening was one of the most memorable highlights of the camp. Each team was given just two hours to prepare, yet the results were extraordinary. Through creative skits, heartfelt dances, and inspiring storytelling, campers showcased the lessons they had learned in vibrant and unforgettable ways.

“I was deeply moved by the way campers cheered for one another, with no trace of jealousy or competition.”

歡笑與掌聲交織的夜晚，展現了青年們的熱情與才華，更讓大家體會到：大道不僅是學習，更是生活。

The night was filled with laughter, applause, and unity—a celebration of talent, effort, and teamwork. It reminded everyone that Tao is not just studied but lived.

永恆的友情與心靈連結
除了課程與活動，學員們最珍惜的，是在夏令營中結下的友誼。從團隊遊戲到星空下的閒談，從晚間互動到心靈傾訴，這些片刻串連出屬於青春的深刻回憶。

Bonds That Last a Lifetime
Beyond the programs and activities, perhaps the greatest takeaway from this camp was the friendships formed. Whether during team games, dorm conversations, or stargazing under the quiet night sky, campers built deep connections and lasting memories.

「最後一晚凌晨一點，我看到三個不同佛堂的學員坐在一起，談天說笑，像是認識多年的朋友。那一刻，無比珍貴。」

“At 1 a.m. on the last night, I watched campers from three different temples sitting together, talking and laughing as if they had known each other forever. That was priceless.”

這些片刻讓大家明白，夏令營的精髓，在於凝聚、慈悲與共同成長。

These moments of togetherness captured the true essence of the camp—unity, compassion, and shared growth.

感恩與展望未來
本次夏令營的成功，來自全美與加拿大各地 點傳師、講師、策劃組與志工們無數個日夜的付出。從精心設計的課程，到用心準備的活動，每個細節都承載著愛與心意。

Gratitude and Looking Ahead
This camp would not have been possible without the dedication and tireless efforts of Tao Transmitting Masters, lecturers, planning committee members, and volunteers from across the U.S. and Canada. Months of preparation, countless Zoom meetings, and sleepless nights went into creating this memorable experience for the youth.

As we look toward the future, we hope to carry forward the spirit of Tao cultivation and continue building opportunities for the younger generation to learn, lead, and live Tao.

圓滿落幕 心的延續
2025年全美一貫道青少年身心靈夏令營，不僅是一場活動，更是一段心靈的旅程。在這五天中，青年們探索了大道的智慧、團體的力量、生命的美好。

Closing Reflections
The 2025 I-Kuan Tao USA Youth Summer Camp was more than an event; it was a journey of the heart. Over five unforgettable days, campers explored the wisdom of Tao, the strength of community, and the beauty of personal growth.

十年前播下的種子，如今枝繁葉茂；而這次夏令營，又種下了新的啟發、慈愛與希望，將在未來繼續綻放。

Just as the seeds planted ten years ago have grown into thriving branches today, this camp has planted new seeds of inspiration, love, and hope—seeds that will continue to blossom for years to come.

滿懷感恩與喜悅，我們期待下一次的相聚，延續這條慈悲、智慧、連結的金線。

With gratitude and joy, we look forward to our next gathering, carrying forward this golden thread of learning, compassion, and unity.
