2025《在付出中成長與傳承》美國一貫道青少年身心靈夏令營 心得

美國一貫道青少年夏令營全體策劃小組
感謝天恩師德，各位點傳師慈悲全力支持，2025年IKT的策劃小組在這次活動中獲益良多。我們策劃組在夏令營開始前四個月每週都開會，討論籌備夏令營的各種細節，我們希望學員們在夏令營期間，透過各種遊戲活動，以輕鬆快樂的方式學到一些做人處事的道理。雖然事前的工作很多，常常覺得做不完，可是因為策劃組的學長姐們都非常的用心，我們無論遇到什麼困難，最後都能克服。

2025 IKT Youth Summer Camp Planning Committee
Thanks to the Grace of Heaven, the virtues of our Holy Teachers, the support of all the Tao Transmitting Masters involved, the planning committee of the 2025 IKT camp grew tremendously from this experience. We had been meeting weekly for about four months before the camp started, collaborating on how we might run the camp and finalizing all the fine details in the weeks leading up to camp. It was a joyous and wondrous experience for us all to get to contribute to building a space for campers to have fun and still experience the Tao. Though it always felt like there could be more that we could do, it was due to the hard work of all the planning committee members and the volunteers that we were able to overcome any challenges.

夏令營期間雖然很忙，壓力也很大，可是看到每一位學員都很積極投入參與活動和上課，滿臉笑容，我們大家都覺得非常地感動。這五天當中，很多學員和志工們都說這次夏令營很好玩，認識了很多新朋友，我們聽了也很感動。我們也和學員一樣來自北美各個佛堂，雖然每個禮拜都在線上開會，很多志工都是來到了營地才第一次真正見面。我們希望美國一貫道總會將來再辦青少年身心靈成長營的時候，下一屆的策劃組會繼續以同樣的精神，從學習付出中成長，讓成長營越辦越成功！

Despite how busy and stressful the camp could be, watching all the campers actively participating in the lectures and activities was truly rewarding. It was incredibly touching to see that everyone had a smile on their face. As we moved between activities, we heard many participants expressing how much they were enjoying their time at the camp. Like the campers who got to meet other Tao members from other temples, this camp allowed us to do so as well. Many of us met for the first time at camp, where we’re grateful that we’ve had the opportunity to bring to life all the hard work we’ve put into for the last few months. We hope that in the future, when the next IKT Youth Summer Camp can happen, the next planning committee will be able to carry forward our spirit of determination, and gain just as much as we have from this experience.

感謝天恩師德、白水聖帝、不休息菩薩的慈悲庇佑，以及各位點傳師的成全，讓發一崇德舊金山道務中心有這個殊勝因緣，承辦2025年美國一貫道青少年身心靈成長營。

十年前，我們是一支僅有八人的小團隊，在一年的時間裡，無數個夜晚全力以赴的規劃，才成就了第一屆2015年美國一貫道青少年夏令營。

將近一週的營期中，150位一貫道青年弟子齊聚北加州紅林森林，一同遊玩、學習，並建立了深厚的情誼。十年後，我們再次被託付重任，帶領新一代熱情的青年，傾心籌備第二屆夏令營。

Fa-Yi Chong-De San Francisco Lecturers of the IKT Youth Summer Camp Planning Committee
Ten years ago, we were a small team of eight, spending countless late nights to plan the first IKT USA Youth Summer Camp in 2015. For nearly a week, 150 IKT youth came together beneath the towering redwoods of Northern California to play, learn, and forge lasting friendships.

2015年的經驗，不一定能完全適用於2025年。然而，第二代策劃小組卻承繼了首屆成功的核心精神──熱忱、毅力、謙卑、活力，以及正知正見。這群青年雖然來自不同的組線、地區與時區，但因著對道的堅定信念而凝聚，最終匯聚成一支優秀而有力的團隊。

A decade later, we were entrusted with guiding a new generation in planning the second IKT camp. While 2015’s methods may no longer fit 2025, the second committee carried the same spirit: passion, grit, humility, energy, and Tao-rooted wisdom. Though from different branches, regions, and time zones, their devotion to Tao united them.

當我們看到昔日的學員，如今擔任主持人、幕後總監、講員、分站教育關主、醫療人員，甚至成為策劃小組的成員時，我們深切體會到，那顆十年前無心栽下的善種子，如今已然茁壯、綻放。唯有給予學習與歷練的機會，才能培養人才。這次活動，讓我們見證了道棒的傳承，美國各道場的未來棟樑——要把這份棒子穩穩接下去喔！

Seeing former campers step into roles as hosts, leaders, medics, and planners reminded us that the seed planted a decade ago has flourished. Through Tao opportunities, future talents are nurtured. This camp marked the passing of the Tao torch to the future pillars of I-Kuan Tao in the U.S. We sincerely pray for Heaven’s blessings, that Tao propagation may flourish and the sacred mission endure.

這是一段真正有意義且充實的體驗。成長營共有九十多位年齡介於十二歲至二十二歲之間的學員，來自美國與加拿大各地。策劃组成員與小組組長之中，有些曾於 2015 年以學員及輔導員的身份參加過美國一貫道總會第一屆青少年成長營。再加上來自北加州與南加州、密西根州、德州以及北卡州的多位點傳師(TTMs)的蒞臨與指導，使這次青少年成長營成為一個難得的機會，讓所有學員能在支持、關懷與充滿樂趣的環境中學習、成長，並親身實踐道的教誨。

Tao Transmitting Master Tu, Ming Gwang Branch Pu-Gwang Temple, Texas
The 2025 I-Kuan-Tao USA (IKT) Youth Summer Camp conducted from August 3rd through August 7th 2025 at Green Mountains in Los Gatos, CA was a truly meaningful and enriching experience.  With over ninety campers, ranging between the ages of twelve and twenty two, attending from across the United States and Canada, team leaders and mentors with some of them attended the 2015 IKT Kids Summer Camp as young children, along with the presence and guidance of many Tao Transmitting Masters (TTMs) from Northern and Southern California, Michigan, Texas, and North Carolina, the IKT Youth Summer Camp provided a unique opportunity for all campers to learn, grow, and live the Tao teachings in a supportive, nurturing, and fun-filled environment.

活動課程經過用心規劃，旨在提升學員對「身、心、靈」的全面覺察與平衡整合。透過寓教於樂的課程、晨間運動、營隊活動、美味健康的素食與純素餐點、靜坐引導，以及最終的成果發表，所有的參加人員，包含小朋友、輔導員與志工都共同學習並加深對道之核心德目的理解，包括：

The program was thoughtfully designed to help raise the awareness and nurture the overall health, balance, and integration of spirit, mind, and body for all the campers.  Through engaging classes, morning exercises, camp activities, delicious and healthy vegetarian and vegan dishes, guided meditation, and grand-finale performances, all the campers, including children, team leaders, and volunteers, explored, learned, and better understood the essential virtues of Tao learning, including:

一、孝道：明白與實踐對父母與長輩的感恩、愛與尊敬。
二、吃素環保愛地球：透過飲食與正念生活來體會慈悲。
三、逆境商數(AQ)： 學習韌性，以堅毅與從容的態度面對挑戰的能力。
四、道德商數(MQ)：在日常生活中培養仁義與美德。
五、智力商數(IQ)：在智慧光明的引導下，不斷增進好奇心與知識。
六、情緒商數(EQ)：覺察、調整與調和情緒，以建立更健康的人際關係。
七、生活中的道：體悟修道即是生活的一部分，每一段經歷都幫助我們在八、正念、自省與轉念中成長。
九、火星到天堂 2.0：特別的全體課程，啟發學員對修道、領導力與毅力的深入思考。

Filial Piety – developing gratitude, love, and respect for parents and elders.
Go Green, Go Vegetarian – understanding compassion through diet and mindful living.
Adversity Quotient (AQ) – learning resilience and the ability to face challenges with strength and grace.
Moral Quotient (MQ) – cultivating kindness, righteousness, and virtue in daily life.
Intelligence Quotient (IQ) – sharpening curiosity and knowledge with wisdom as the guiding light.
Emotions Quotient (EQ) – recognizing, managing, and harmonizing one’s feelings for healthier relationships.
Tao in Daily Life – realizing that Tao cultivation is part of the daily living as every experience helps us grow in mindfulness, self-reflection, and perspective shifting. 
From Mars to Heaven 2.0 – special joint session for all the campers to be inspired with insightful perspectives on Tao cultivation, leadership, and perseverance. 

室內與戶外活動相輔相成，讓學員能將課堂所學應用在實際情境中，以加深對道理的理解。戶外遊戲與團隊合作訓練幫助學員們實踐合作與責任感，讓「道」的教誨在真實生活中落實。親近自然的健行、晨間運動與靜坐引導尤其令人印象深刻，既帶來寧靜與反思，也維持身心健康與靈活，並加強孩童與自然及內在真我的連結。

The balance of indoor and outdoor activities created a holistic experience where the campers were able to apply learnings from classes to help reinforce the Tao concepts.  Outdoor games and team-building exercises allowed youths to practice cooperation and responsibility, reinforcing the Tao teachings in real-life settings. The nature walks, morning exercises, and guided meditation sessions were particularly memorable, offering moments of peace and reflection, maintaining and enhancing their physical health and agility, and strengthening the children’s connection with both nature and their inner true self.

最後的成果發表則是所有教學與活動的總結，八個團隊的學員們以歌唱、舞蹈與戲劇創意展現才華，並分享他們對道義的體悟。觀賞到這些充滿藝術性與才華的演出，令人既感動又振奮。

Finally, the grand-finale performances represent the culmination of all the teachings and activities for the campers and allowed the campers, formed in eight teams, to artistically showcase their talents in singing, dancing, and acting and share with everyone their learning about the Tao teaching.  It was inspirational and exciting to witness the amazingly artistic and talented performances from all the campers.

IKT 青少年成長營不僅傳遞知識，也締造了學員、輔導員與志工之間的情誼。目睹營隊一週中所展現的歡欣、紀律與彼此關懷，令人備受鼓舞。同時，能親眼見證年輕一代的成長與蛻變，更讓人充滿希望，相信他們將承擔起傳承與弘揚大道及彌勒佛慈悲教化的重任，利益未來世代所有的有緣眾生。

The IKT Youth Summer Camp not only provided knowledge but also created bonds of friendship among all the campers, team leaders, and volunteers.  It was inspiring to witness the joyful spirit, discipline, and mutual care fostered throughout the week.  Furthermore, it was very exciting to witness the growth and development in the future generations of youth and young adults to help carry on the torch of Tao cultivation and propagation to all the sentient beings with affinity to the great Tao and Maitreya Buddha for generations to come.

我們衷心感謝舊金山周宏華點傳師、洛杉磯徐翠妤點傳師以及所有點傳師的領導，並感謝各道場的支持，志工、策劃組成員與小組組長們的無私奉獻，才使這次營隊得以圓滿實現。他們不辭辛勞的付出，讓每位學員都獲得實際的指導與心靈的滋養，播下智慧與德行的種子，持續在生命中萌芽茁壯。

We deeply appreciate the dedication of the leadership from TTM Chou of San Francisco CA, TTM Hsu of Los Angeles CA, and all the TTMs for their guidance, all the contributions from the organizing Tao branches, volunteers, planning committee members, and team leaders who made this camp possible.  Their tireless efforts ensured that every camper received both practical guidance and spiritual nourishment, planting seeds of wisdom and virtue that will continue to grow in their lives.  Finally, we would like to thank all the parents and guardians of the campers.  With their support, the campers were able to experience and immerse themselves in the wonders and beauty of Tao and the virtuous Tao teachings, which will continue to serve as the guiding lights illuminating from their innate Buddha Nature, as all campers endeavour to have happier and more fulfilling lives.

最後，我們也要感謝所有學員的父母與監護人，因為他們的支持，學員們得以沉浸於「道」的美好與莊嚴之中，並讓「道」的德化繼續作為指引之光，從他們的佛性中綻放，幫助他們走向更快樂、更充實的人生。總體而言，2025 年美國一貫道總會青少年成長營圓滿成功，並為所有參與者帶來了祝福。我們期待未來能繼續支持並參與此類營隊，因為它們確實深遠地造福著下一代。

Overall, the 2025 IKT USA Youth Summer Camp was a great success and a blessing to all who attended. We look forward to supporting and participating in future camps, knowing how profoundly they benefit the next generation.

感謝天恩師德，感恩各位點傳師慈悲，感恩各位前賢大德，後學擔任2025年美國一貫道總會舉辦的青少年夏令營的主持人，既充滿挑戰，又收穫豐富。後學從未主持過任何大型的佛堂活動，後學所在的佛堂⸻洛杉磯全真道院也從未舉辦過地方營，因此主持美國一貫道總會的夏令營對後學來說責任重大。

The Host Perspective By Allen Chen

Thanks to the grace of Heaven, the Holy Teacher, the Masters, and everyone. Being the face of the 2025 I-Kuan Tao USA Youth Summer Camp was a challenging yet rewarding role. I have never been the host of any major temple event. My own temple in LA has never done a local camp so to lead IKT USA camp was a considerable leap in responsibility. 

後學之前並不確定自己是否能勝任，然而後學欣然接受了擔任主持人的機會，原因只有一個⸻後學想給學員們留下難忘的體驗。後學曾是2015年美國一貫道總會青少年身心靈成長營的小組組長，並且因這活動認識了終生的好朋友。那次夏令營結束之後，後學真正成為了更好的人，即使現在回想起當時的經歷，後學仍然充滿著懷念。後學希望這次的參與者在離開營地時也能懷著同樣的感受：慶幸自己參加了這次的夏令營。希望後學和策劃組的其他成員能夠做到這一點。

I had no idea if I would do a good job. However, I gratefully accepted the opportunity to be host for a single reason- I wanted to give campers an unforgettable experience. I was a team leader in the 2015 IKT USA Camp and had made lifelong friends. I truly became a better person after camp and even now look back fondly at my camp experiences. I wanted this time’s participants to leave camp with similar feelings: to be glad they had gone to camp. Hopefully I, along with the rest of the Planning Committee, was able to accomplish that. 

如果要後學挑選一個瞬間來紀念2025年美國一貫道總會夏令營，那其實是一些後學不需要負責的事情。在活動的最後一晚，後學看到來自三個不同佛堂的學員們在表演廳聚在一起，當時是凌晨一點，這些學員們才剛在夏令營裡第一次見面，但每個人都選擇熬夜，就為了能多花點時間相處。參與策劃和領導一貫道夏令營需要付出很多努力，但正是這樣的時刻讓生活變得有意義，看到學員們享受夏令營的樂趣，我們的收穫是無價的。

If I was to pick a single moment to remember 2025 IKT USA Summer Camp by, it would actually be something that I was not responsible for. On the last night I watched campers from 3 different temples sit together and hangout during Performance Hall Mingle. It was 1 am, these campers had all just met one another for the first time at camp and yet everyone was choosing to stay up just so they could spend a little more time with one another. It’s a lot of work to help plan and lead IKT Camp but it’s moments like these that make life meaningful. What we gain from seeing campers enjoy camp and have fun is priceless.

2015年夏令營結束時，後學要求與所有策劃組成員合影。這次，學員們也邀請後學一起合照，後學感覺自己又回到了最初的起點。後學很高興看到學員們在社群媒體上與朋友分享一貫道夏令營的照片。後學會參加下一屆一貫道夏令營，希望能再次見到你們，2025年學員們。後學很高興看到你們每個人都取得了長足的進步，所以請以參與者、小組組長、策劃組成員，甚至下一屆主持人的身份回來，讓夏令營成為下一代學員們的美好回憶，為了孩子們，也請繼續努力。

In 2015, at the end of camp, I asked to take pictures with all of the planning committee members. This time around, I was also asked by campers to take pictures together. It felt like I had come full circle. It was so gratifying seeing campers post on social media pictures with their friends about IKT camp. I will be at the next IKT Camp and I hope to see some of you again, my 2025 IKT campers. I am excited to see how much each and every one of you will have grown so please come back as participants, team leaders, planning committee members, and even the next Host. Make camp memorable for the next generation of campers. Do it for the kiddos.

這是後學第一次參加一貫道夏令營，許多經歷都是人生的初體驗。第一次擔任輔導學長，讓後學肩上多了一份責任，也第一次在全英文、全素食的環境中生活學習，深刻感受到道場文化的溫暖與用心。

短短數日，後學踏出了舒適圈，與團隊投入各式遊戲與活動。看似只是為了爭取勝利，實則寓意深遠 它教會我們，勝敗之外，更重要的是彼此的信任與包容；是願意傾聽、理解與成全彼此；是不懼失敗，在一次次嘗試中累積勇氣與智慧。這些瞬間，如一面面鏡子，映照出我們的成長與突破，也讓我們在歡笑與汗水中共同創造屬於自己的精彩世界。

營隊的課程至今仍歷歷在目，每一次開示都啟發了後學對人生與修道的思考。來自各地的青少年與義工因道而聚，真誠相待、互助扶持，展現了團隊精神的力量。

後學衷心感謝 Linda 阿姨的厚愛與支持，使後學有緣與她攜手參與此行，在課程與活動中彼此啟發、共同成長。感恩父母的鼓勵，讓後學有機會踏上這段旅程。

同時，感謝諸位前賢與點傳師傾囊相授，將多年修道與人生智慧無私分享予我們，如明燈照路，使後學等在道途上方向更明、慧見更廣。

最後，後學向所有志工與幕後付出的道親們致敬，因您們的護持與奉獻，才有這次圓滿的夏令營。這段經歷不僅豐富了後學的知識，更啟迪了後學的心靈。後學期待再相聚，也願自己成為傳遞道與愛的人。

Barry Liang - Group Leader 輔導員
在參加這次夏令營之前，因為暑假參加了一項非常密集且要求極高的研究實習，我已有一段時間沒有回到佛堂這個家了。夏令營成為我重新與道場連結的一個契機，不僅讓我在修行的道路上重新出發、精進自我，也讓我意識到自己需要更加珍惜與家人之間的情感連結。我發現自己與家人的距離漸行漸遠，而這正是我需要面對與調整的，特別是在我即將於明年升上大學之際。

Before IKT, I had taken a break from my temple family because of an intense and demanding research internship. IKT was a way to reconnect with temple, a refresh on my cultivation journey to better myself, and it helped me realize the need to strengthen the bond I had with family. I had drifted too far away from my family, and I needed to take that into account, especially as I'm going off to college in a year. 

聽了Tammy 學姐的分享後，我深刻體會到，與父母相處的時光以及我們在世上的時間，都是有限而珍貴的。我應該更懂得活在當下，珍惜每一刻。我也學到了如何在追求自我成長的同時，保持當下的覺知與平衡。過去，我常常過度專注於自我提升，以至於忽略了去擁抱生活中的不完美，也忘了如何真正地體驗每一個當下。

Hearing Tammy's story made me realize that my time with my parents and on earth is limited, and I should live in the present. I also learned the importance of balancing self-growth and living in the moment. Often, I'm too hyper-focused on improving myself that I forget to embrace the imperfections of my life and live in the moment. 

這次的經歷也讓我回想到自從求道以來的心路歷程。我記得剛開始的我非常內向、安靜，但隨著年歲增長，我逐漸培養出勇氣，能夠展現真實的自己。我之所以能有這樣的改變，很大一部分都要歸功於道場的陪伴與栽培，我將永遠心懷感恩。

It also made me realize how much I have grown since I first received Tao. I used to be so quiet back then, but as I got older, I slowly gained the courage to be authentic and my true self. I owe a lot of my growth to temple, and I will be forever grateful. 

這次擔任小組長，像是一場對我這17年人生所學的驗證與磨練，我非常感激能有這次難能可貴的經歷。

Being a team leader was a test of how much I've learned over my 17 years of living, and I am grateful for this experience.

今年一貫道總會舉辦的夏令營是一個非常精彩的體驗。首先，課程和活動都非常有趣而且內容豐富。我們不僅更了解自己，也學會了如何與身邊的人合作。

My experience with IKT 2025 was spectacular. To begin, the lectures and activities were extremely fun and informative. We learned more about ourselves and how to work together with those around us. 

舉例來說，一位學姐主講的 EQ 課程讓我在課後產生了很多深刻的想法，了解到擁有良好的情緒心態對生活有很大的幫助。

For instance, the EQ lecture, given by Angela XJ, led me to have insightful afterthoughts about how having a strong emotional mentality can benefit your life. 

每天的活動安排以及舞台之夜的準備過程，讓我們有機會和一些平常可能沒有交談過的人一起合作。營隊也為年紀較小的學員準備了放鬆活動，幫助我們紓解壓力。

The day-to-day activities and Stage Night Prep gave us a chance to work together with people whom we may have never talked with before. There were also accommodations for youngsters, such as the Brain Break, to help us rewind. 

除此之外，營隊提供的素食與純素餐點也非常美味。總體來說，我非常享受這四天的營隊體驗！

Not only that, the vegetarian and vegan food options were delicious. Overall, I enjoyed the entire four-day experience!

Rain Guo – Medic 醫療志工
這次能參加佛堂舉辦的夏令營，我心裡是帶著期待的，但更多是一種「旁觀者」的心情。作為醫療工作者，我想自己大概就是在旁邊看看、幫幫忙，偶爾插科打諢，心裡甚至還偷偷祈禱：希望今天能平平淡淡、輕輕鬆鬆地過完。

活動中，我問過一位前賢：「這次夏令營辦得怎麼樣？」他笑著說：「非常成功！沒來參加的，真的太可惜了。」我當時聽了很高興，但那種高興只是停留在「替大家開心」，並沒有讓我真正體會到「非常成功」是什麼感覺。

直到週三的晚會，這種感覺才忽然在我心裡生根發芽。那一晚，每一個小朋友都走上了舞台表演。他們的節目或許不是最精緻、最完美的，但每一個眼神、每一次鞠躬、每一聲歌唱，都在表達著——他們在參與，他們在享受，他們是這場活動的一部分。

我忽然意識到，這就是夏令營的成功之處。孩子們不是被爸媽、學長姐勸來的，也不是被前賢用一堆大道理「說服」來的，而是在這裡，他們自己經歷、自己感受、自己悟出屬於自己的道理。

這些感悟，也許不夠「深刻」，甚至不夠「完整」，但這是孩子們親身體驗後，從心裡生出來的。這種力量，不是我們用多少言語就能替代的。那一刻，我也成了他們當中的一員——不再是旁觀者，而是真正的參與者。
